Products

Applied Polymers develops, manufactures and supplies formulated polyurethane systems to meet the specific needs of its customers.

At our laboratory in Melbourne, and with the support of the Era Polymers laboratories and technical staff in Sydney, we can fine-tune the polyurethane system characteristics.

Often to prove our customers concepts for new applications, we can assist by making prototypes and pre-production samples using our machinery to pour products into our customers tooling moulds.

Once parts are products, we have extensive testing facilities to measure the physical and mechanical properties of the products against specification. In addition to this the Era laboratories in Sydney are NATA registered to perform many tests to an international standard.

Our formulations are typically provided in 20L pails, 200L drums, or 1000L IBC’s.

From the initial “good idea” through to full commercialisation, Ariel Industries experienced technical personnel respond to the performance and processing challenges with custom formulations, in-plant trials and full laboratory testing.
